Even small computer problems can add up to lost productivity. DESKTRONIX provides fast, personalized on-site computer service and telephone support for both Windows and Macintosh systems. For Monthly Service Agreement clients, we provide a service level guarantee that guarantees our availability for you.
Option #1: E-Mail Support
This option is best if you have a quick question or would like to see how we could assist with a specific situation. Our e-mail support is free: however, we are limited in helping you if we cannot see your system and are not familiar with the setup. Our e-mail response time usually less than one business day.
Option #2: Phone Support and Remote Desktop Support
This option is best for specific problems such as not being able to retrieve e-mail or fixing your internet connection. With phone support, the first ten minutes are free. We can often help you quickly with simple problems. After ten minutes, we will provide you with further support options such as remote desktop support or a service call. We use remote desktop to access your computer remotely if you are having a software problem or need assistance with a specific program. Often we can help with virus removal and printer problems. We can help you wherever you are so long as you have an internet connection.
Option #3: Service Call
For things that can't be fixed over the phone, We will come to you if you are located in our service area. If you are outside of our service area, we may still be able to provide service to you, but additional charges may apply. We will give cost estimates upon request. We usually do training with service calls.
